Professionally designed and fitted with state-of-the-art appliances, Nembo’s kitchen is perfect for cooking enthusiasts. Or, if you prefer, we can arrange for a professional chef to prepare gourmet cuisine using local ingredients and techniques. Our chef is also happy to take guests on a shopping tour at the local market, and to teach you how to prepare an authentic Venetian meal together! Our kitchen proudly features the latest equipment, including a steam oven, blast chiller and vacuum drawer by Swiss brand V-ZUG, professional-grade SUB Zero freezer and wine cooler, and a Hoshizaki ice machine. For tea and coffee lovers, we offer a Japanese tetsubin (cast iron teapot), an advanced Illy coffee maker – as well as a traditional Moka Pot for purists.
